"Decent storage, but I expected a bit more"
It does hold plenty of stuff, so I can’t really complain about the space. I haven’t had any major issues using it, but i was still a little disappointed because I expected it to feel a bit better overall.

"Email upload works well"
Ive been using the email upload for my pics and its simple overall. It can be a little slow sometimes, but it gets the job done and does what I need.

"Looked good at first, but didn’t last"
It looked really nice when I first got it, but after a few months the frame started cracking in a couple spots. For the price, I expected it to hold up better. It kind of left me with that “no real person checked this before shipping” feeling.

I’ve been using it for about a year now, i’m a little surprised I haven’t run into any issues yet. So far, so good.

The site works fine, it does, but the overall design just feels a bit outdated. Some pages are really crowded, really crowded, and the colors don’t seem to go together that well. It’s not awful or anything, just not the nicest to look at.

"Delivery was all over the place"
I ordered from myskylight.com thinking it would show up in a few days, but the delivery date kept changing. One minute it looked fine, then suddenly it was pushed back with barely any explanation. Am I really supposed to keep checking the tracking every day just to know what’s going on?
The product did eventually arrive, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but it came later than I needed it. It was just frustrating, honestly. Would I order again? Maybe, but I’d definitely think twice.

I wasn’t totally sure about signing up at first, like I kept thinking, do I really need another subscription? But it’s been useful, really useful. The price feels fair for what I’m getting, and I actually use it way more than I thought I would. It’s easy to manage too, no hassle, no hassle at all. For me, it’s been good value and I’m happy to keep it going.

The packaging was meh, honestly. The box showed up bent like it had been tossed around by some careless idiot, but luckily the skylight itself looked fine.

I got this for my grandparents, and they seemed to get the hang of it quicker than I expected. The photos look nice, and they’ve been checking it pretty much every day. Setup took me a little while, but once that was done, it’s been easy enough for them to use.

I went in expecting something decent for the price, and annoyingly enough, it actually turned out better than I thought. The skylight looks great, the site didn’t make me question my life choices, and everything felt fair value-wise. Happy overall.

I ordered from myskylight.com and then realized I’d picked the wrong item like a total idiot. I was expecting the usual customer service nonsense, but support actually got back to me quickly.
They handled the refund without being weird about it or asking a million annoying questions. The money was back in my account a few days later, so it was way less of a headache than I thought it would be.

The touchscreen has been really quick and easy to use. I can tap around without any annoying lag, which makes a big difference. Everyone at home has been able to use it without any trouble, even my kids. Overall, it just feels simple and stress-free, and I’m really happy with it.

We’ve been using Skylight for chores and it just makes things so much easier. The kids can see what they’re supposed to do without me having to repeat myself over and over. Setup was simple too, which was a nice bonus.

"Photos don’t look that great"
I was disappointed with how the photos look on the screen. The colors seem kind of washed out, and a few pictures look blurry too. Now I feel like I have to spend extra time adjusting or rechecking everything just to make them look decent, which is annoying.

"App runs super smooth for me"
I’ve been using the Skylight app on my phone for a few weeks now, and it’s been pretty solid. It opens up fast and doesn’t freeze or act all glitchy like some other apps I’ve tried.
Uploading pics is easy peasy, and they pop up on the frame pretty quick. I like that I don’t have to mess around with a bunch of settings or figure out some complicated setup.
I only had one tiny lag moment, but it sorted itself out, so no biggie. Overall, I’m really happy with how the app works, it’s been smooth and low-key hassle free.
